Do not make any more changes to an old housing application
Earlier, we detailed the upcoming alterations to the tenant selection process set to take effect in week 43 and discussed their implications for housing applications.
Under the new system, applications will be evaluated in line with the ARA model, with an emphasis on different urgency categories. In essence, housing need, financial status, and income will hold equal significance as criteria for prioritizing applicants. When it comes to selecting tenants, top priority will be assigned to those with the most pressing housing requirements and those with the least financial resources.

NOTE! If there are any changes to an existing application, the applicant must submit a completely new application.
No attachments should be added to applications already submitted, otherwise we will not be able to place applicants in the correct priority category.
