AYY14 Annual Ball
The celebration starts with gift-giving for the invited guests at 14.30 at the Helsinki University Museum Flame Observatory. A ferry connection from the Valkosaari Pier (Ehrenströmintie 13, 00140 Helsinki) takes guests to the main venue where the cocktail event begins at 16.00.
The main celebration begins with traditional ceremonies at 17.00. After the main event, the ferry and bus transportation to the afterparty at Smökki in Otaniemi will depart after 22.00.
The price of the anniversary celebration is €89 for AYY members and €120 for others.
General registration opens on 16.4.2024 at 18.00 and ends on 3.5.2024 at 14.00. After the registration period has ended no changes can be made to the registration form.
The dress code is white tie with academic honors, and elegant creativity is warmly encouraged.
